Referral Program Terms and Conditions

This document outlines the terms and conditions for Crowded’s Referral Program. It covers eligibility, how the program works, rewards, restrictions, and legal considerations. By participating in the program, you agree to these terms.

Binding Agreement
By using the Crowded website at https://www.crowdedfinance.com (the “Site”) or participating in the Crowded Referral Program (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). All decisions made by Crowded regarding the Program are final and binding.

Privacy
We collect, process, and use personal information as part of the Program in accordance with Crowded’s Privacy Policy at https://crowdedfinance.com/legal/privacy-policy/.

Program Eligibility
The Program is open to all individuals. You do not need to be a Crowded customer to submit a referral. Participation is void where prohibited by law. To be eligible for any reward, the referred organization must attend a qualifying demo within 60 days of the date the referral was submitted to Crowded. After 60 days without a qualifying demo, the submission will no longer be considered a valid referral and no reward will be issued, as determined at Crowded’s sole discretion.

How the Program Works

  1. Submit a referral through the Crowded Referral Form at https://referrals.crowdedfinance.com/ and follow the on screen instructions.
  2. Crowded will review each submission and determine whether the referral is approved, at Crowded’s sole discretion.
  3. If the referral is approved, a qualifying demo must be scheduled and attended by the referred organization. A qualifying demo means a live product demonstration hosted by an official Crowded representative for decision makers or relevant stakeholders from the referred organization, at the sole discretion of Crowded.
  4. Crowded will notify the referrer, and when applicable the referred contact, by email regarding eligibility and any reward.

Rewards and Incentives

  • Approval of any referral, the type and amount of any reward, and the recipient of any reward are determined at the sole discretion of Crowded.
  • If a referral is approved, any reward or incentive will only be issued after the referred organization has attended a qualifying demo.
  • An incentive for a referred contact may also be offered. The amount for a referred contact is determined by the relevance of the referred organization to Crowded’s target market and by the role and seniority of the referred individual within that organization.
  • Rewards may be issued as online vouchers of up to USD 250 following an attended demo. 
  • If the referral results in a signed contract, Crowded may issue an additional discretionary reward of up to USD 1,000.
  • Crowded may also offer a reward to the referred organization. Any such reward is subject to the above conditions and will only be issued after the referred organization has attended a qualifying demo.
  • Rewards may be issued in the form of gift cards, online vouchers, account credits, or other forms as solely determined by Crowded. Rewards have no cash value, are non transferable, and may not be sold or exchanged unless expressly permitted by Crowded.
  • Crowded will send an email confirming any reward. Timing and fulfillment methods may vary. Crowded may require identity or tax documentation if required according to applicable law before issuing any reward.

Restrictions

  • Self-referrals are not permitted. Creating multiple, fictitious, or fake identities or organizations is not permitted.
  • The Program may not be used to violate any law, infringe on any third party rights, or engage in harassing, harmful, illegal, or obscene behavior.

Spam and Bulk Distribution

Referrals must be made in a personal manner appropriate for communications with friends, colleagues, and partners. Bulk email distribution or spam is not permitted and may result in immediate suspension or disqualification from the Program.

Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials used to access the Site. Notify Crowded immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Modification or Termination of the Program
Crowded may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any part of it, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. If the Program is terminated, any rewards earned prior to termination will be honored in accordance with these Terms, subject to approval and eligibility.

Disqualification
Crowded may disqualify any participant if they do not comply with these Terms or if Crowded suspects fraud, abuse, or any attempt to compromise the integrity of the Program.

Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crowded and its affiliates, partners, and employees are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from participation in the Program, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Crowded makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

Indemnification
By participating in the Program, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crowded and its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your participation or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Updates to Terms
Crowded may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on the Site. Your continued participation in the Program indicates your acceptance of any updates.
