The 1-5 Cav Black Knight Foundation is a newly established nonprofit founded by a group of US Army veterans to empower fellow veterans through programs that support healing, resilience, and purpose. They are funding and filming a documentary to support this cause.

The foundation opted to raise funds through the popular fundraising platform, Zeffy. Chris easily integrated Zeffy with Crowded as the payout account to receive the transfers of funds raised there. Now the foundation has an easy, integrated way to store its raised funds.
Secure Nonprofit Banking
Since opening the account, the foundation has had a secure repository to deposit donor checks and transfers from its fundraising platform while working on the documentary project. All account management happens 100% online, and whenever is convenient for the foundation board.
Simple Invoice Payments
Chris pays foundation invoices either with his Admin card, which is auto-loaded with the entire balance of the foundation account, or via outgoing ACH transfer to the relevant supplier. Bills are paid simply and online.
Easy Reconciliation
Closing each month and tracking transactions between the foundation’s accounting software and Crowded is simple for Chris. He takes the Crowded monthly statement and uses it to reconcile transactions at the end of each month.
